Gelato/Sorbetto

There are two ways to make an order for Gelato/Sorbetto: 

1. Individually Select items or
2. Make a Bulk Order

1. INDIVIDUALLY SELECT ITEMS

1. Click on the item you would like to order
2. You will be given a pan size option
3. Add Item to Cart – either 4l (Bayswater only) or 5L pan size
4. Back to the main screen – continue as before clicking on the item you would like to order, specifying quantity and adding to the cart…
5. At any time you can view what's in the cart by clicking on the cart icon in the corner
6. Check-out (see Check-out section below)

2. MAKE A BULK ORDER (Quicker)

1. On the main page – click on My Account…
2. Select “Bulk Orders”
3. Now type in "Gelato" in the left hand side search box - REMEMBER: use the search box at the left hand side. NOT the one at the top of the screen…
4. Bulk Order Page will give you a 4L and 5l Option - NOTE: the 4L Pan Type is for Bayswater orders only

   • Just enter the quantity into the Pan Type

   • Quantities left as blanks will be treated as zeros

   • You have multiple pages to view all the flavours

   • REMEMBER: Before going to the next page make sure to update the quantity  in the Cart else you will lose what you have entered on this page

5. When you have added all your items to the Cart – Click on Cart ….

   • Scroll down to the check out Option

   • Before Clicking this – review your order

   • If you want to change any quantity, then you will have to delete the item and then Update the Cart

   • If you want to change the quantity, then click continue shopping

   • You can always access that item directly, by entering it in the search box  and entering a new quantity and adding to the Cart

FRUIT/MILK OR DRY ORDERS

1. Use the tabs on the sidebar to order fruit, milk or dry goods - this page is found by clicking on the 'Snowflake' logo
2. Click on the item you would like to order
3. Enter quantity
4. Click Add to Cart

THE CHECK-OUT PROCESS

1. Once you have finalised your order click Check-out

2. On the next screen there are five steps - you only need to click on step 3 which will give you two options, and, following that, step 5

3. There are two delivery methods

   1. Standard – this will be a 20 GBP Charge (Standard will be charged for orders that are within our SLAs of 2 days advance notice)

   2. Express – 40 GBP (For orders that come in last minute or 1 day before there will be a 40GBP charge)

4. You now need to click on step 5 which is the Confirm Order option

   1. Enter your PO number - Format to be followed is PO STORE dd/mm/yy

      • Store codes are

        • SELF
        • BAYS
        • SKEN
        • MAH
        • SOHO

      • i.e. PO SELF 10/01/17

   2. Fill in the required by date by selecting a date from the calendar

   3. Add any notes in notes box

   4. Review your order one last time

   5. And then click confirm order at the bottom of the page

TRACKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

All your orders will be received by us at IVER - we will then process them.

That is a manual process – so making sure you get them in early will help us to keep this process smooth

To track your order:

1. Click on My Account (at the top of the page) and then All Orders

2. You will see a status for all the orders that you have made recently

3. You can view the status of the order and fulfillment

 GENERAL GUIDELINES

Fruit & milk

• Order these items when making your Gelato / Sorbetto orders
• Same process as Gelato and Dry Goods Orders
• For Milk specify number of bottles of 2L packs required
• For Fruit number of punnets
• Checkout once you have finalised the total order which includes Gelato and/or Sorbetto

 DRY GOODS

• Just order these once a week
• Same ordering steps as for Gelato etc
• i.e. click on the required item
• Specify quantity
• Add to cart
• Continue shopping
• Checkout once you have finalised the total order
